I love living here, friendly neighbors. Property Manager and maintenence crew are always accommodating and friendly. Quiet atmosphere and my dog loves to visit with staff everyday!

I needed to find an apartment fast. I contacted Sage, the property manager at Apple Ridge Apartments. She was very friendly and responsive. I was able to apply and move in, within 3 weeks. It’s a quiet and safe community; with friendly neighbors, and a short commute to Syracuse. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

I have stayed at Appleridge with my daughter as i was recovering from spinal surgery.The maintenance guys have been great i know they have been shorthanded but they were always willing to help. I cannot say enough how great the neighbors are here. One of the tenants named Frank is especially great he tries to keep things festive and nice. The building managers have been so supportive and nice. Sage is the newest and shes always quick to help in anyway . I have seen her out shoveling and walking a tenants dog who wasnt able to walk her dog.

Very safe very family friendly very clean and spacious and quiet and maintenance is always there if there is an emergency or problem, plus sage is great at her job and very helpful.

I have lived here over a year and have loved it. They are very responsive if you need maintenance done and have always had it done same day or next day. They plow snow very quickly and the management is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful as well, lots of improvements in the last few months have made it even better!!
