Longleaf at Oakland by Pulte

After looking at numerous communities we finally decided on Longleaf at Oakland and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. From signing papers to building completion took a little over 6 months. Why Oakland? Far enough from the city and tourist area but close enough if you work or ever need to go there. Numerous shopping areas nearby. Close to downtown Winter Garden. Best part about the community is the West Orange Trail and Oakland nature preserve right across the street. Building process was overall very smooth. The construction manager Matt, was very patient and addressed all our concerns promptly. Everyone was very accommodating and easy to work with. Now after closing we are even more in love with our house and can't wait to see the community grow. 6 month update. Pool is

I went to this location on business. The buildings look beautiful. However one of the owners told me that there are flooding issues in the neighborhood. The builder is currently working on correcting that. It had not recently rained so I did not observe any standing water while I was there.

Sales office and our field manager were all exceptional. We're very satisfied with our new home!
