If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has been behind horrendous. Firstly, we had an issue with both our water heater and toilet flooding so badly it flooded into both bedrooms (we have young kids) and regardless of them providing emergency maintenance number, we had to sit there and beg for someone to come and in the end weren’t even provided fans like promised to Dey the carpeting. They have violated the 24 he notice to enter, they have violated peoples rights ESA animals, there have been drive bys, lisence plates stolen, people speeding and running stop signs, and a recent car jacking and the apartments claim their security cameras don’t work. I've lived here for over 10yrs and it's fallen into slum category. My carpet has been flooded many times from malfunctions of the washing machine (mine and the people above me) and I'm sure it's molded and they told me it would cost me $2000 to have it replaced. I have told them for yrs that the AC does not blow in our 2nd bdrm and they won't fix it because they feel with their hand directly on it (that room is hellish in the summer). My oven cooks unevenly but since it turns on they don't care. We have been sold and bought so many times in the last few yrs - i can only assume that the new owners didnt realize they bought trash. The grass was replaced with rocks and faux grass and if you step in the right place you will fall into a hole. People leave their dog poop everywhere. You can'

I've found that living here involves dealing with delayed or nonexistent repairs unless it's an emergency. If repairs do happen, it can take 3+ months or even longer. The management staff is unprofessional, rude, and lacks experience in communicating with residents or performing their job properly. BEWARE.

The place is affordable, close to a major intersection, and pretty large for the price! Only complaints are that a lot of people here love their weed so if you have asthma...might wanna go somewhere else. Also, the appliances are outdated and small, so prepare to buy lots of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Nice place though, love the mountain view in the back!

For the price and the size you get, it is great. I was initially looking for a house but the stress of a house over came me and I stumbled to this place inwhich had all the space I needed for now. I'm so happy. The management is fast and helpful. Neighbors aren't to bad. Kids are kids. A few down sides, is parking can be a hassle if you have more than one car and need to find parking late at night but if you have one , you are good because you get a GARAGE!!!! How wonderful. Also, I wish management was more about their tenants, they stated that they will not be putting anymore money into the landscaping, inwhich is already going down the hill, as in appearance. So I hope they don't let this place become a slum because it has great potential. They have so many rules and don't allow vending
