The Maintenance man that fixed my toilet when it was broke did an excellent job he made sure my bathroom was left just the way it was before he came in I was very impressed about that.

Lots of beautiful trees! Great playground and a refreshing swimming pool! New management team has been amazing. Lots of positive improvements!

Visited the property late on a Friday afternoon. Despite the time the staff took their time to make sure all of my questions were answered and I felt welcomed and at home. I was very impressed!

My AC stopped right before a weekend of daytime temps in the 80s. I work nights/sleep during the day. I was worried my work order wouldn't go through before the weekend, but he was taking care of it the very next morning before I even realized he had fixed the AC unit. It was such a relief to go into the weekend knowing I would sleep in a cool environment before long hours working at night. The maintenance manager was very warm and even gave me advice on creaking doors (olive oil or coconut cooking spray). He even insisted on checking on me that afternoon to ensure it stayed cool in my apartment. He's truly a keeper. PS Andrea, the residential manager, was so prompt in returning emails about the work order. She's very professional and kind.

Yesterday we signed a contract for our apartment, the service was very sad because first they gave us an incorrect address and then they gave us the address that we were supposed to sign the contract. The lady who did the paperwork never returned to give us the arranged contract with the right address. And the unfortunate thing is that previous days we had called Dominion Energy to start services to have it when we arrived at the apartment and we had also activated the Internet service and unfortunately we had to cancel everything because all the services were in the address they had given us first, an address that was incorrect due to the bad service given from the beginning.
