Mr Wardell has shown excellent service to my client and my self. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy towards my client by assisting her so far on what she is required moving forward to obtain the benefits and services from this company.

Mr. Wardell Gatling has been absolutely incredible throughout the application and lease process. His communication and professionalism was truly above and beyond and he frequently answered my questions outside of working hours, on the weekends, and during his days off. He genuinely cares about ensuring that prospective tenants are comfortable and excited about their new home! I could not have asked for a better leasing agent. I'm so excited to move in and I know that the entire Longford team will continue to be attentive and responsive during my time at this property. Highly recommend working with Wardell!!

If you are a renter or owner looking at Longford Management, I've been a tenant of theirs for 3.5 years and am here to tell you to steer clear! I've been a renter in DC for over a decade and I've truly never seen such a disorganized, non-responsive, irresponsible, and, frankly, negligent operation. A few non-exhaustive examples include: 1) Three times in 2.5 years they have missed water bills to the point the water was almost shut off. They refuse to provide copies of the bills each month. (If you own a Longford property, note this is an issue if water is in your name!) In these cases, late fees were passed to me and then I had to struggle to get fees removed. Their accounting practices are completely unacceptable for any reputable company. 2) It took over 4 months to get a ceiling leak re

I would like to give my greatest appreciation to Mr. Wardell Gatling! It is because of his due diligence and genuine care to my person that I signed my lease with Longford Management. Not only was my application treated the right way but his efforts to build a rapport shows he deserves it all! If more people were like Mr.Gatling, you would definitely see more people wanting to be in places. As a person looking for my home, if I wasn’t treated like I didn’t matter, I would not go through with my application even if the unit had everything and more so thank you Mr.Gatling for being that difference in the leasing society!

Terrible company they know your building has roaches because they sending pest control once a month and they lower the rent for new applicants but expect the people that have been living in the infestation to continue paying $300 more. They are also very rude to there residents I called ask when was someone coming to unlock my door due to being locked out overnight and damn near got cursed out and told to call a lock smith. I paid my rent on time every month and was treated like trash. I lived in the 1516 building on Marion Barry Ave SE. I think if u move in one of there NW buildings they probably treat you better.
