Longfellow Apartments offers a convenient location with spacious layouts. The Mrs.Robinson is responsive, though maintenance delays have occurred, Walter assisted me and took care of my needs. Overall, it’s a decent place to live for the price.

Longfellow Apartments offers a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. The property has spacious units and ongoing maintenance efforts to improve the living experience. While there have been some challenges with resident behavior and service requests, Walter and Shayna are responsive and working to address concerns.

Please do not rent here!!! You will be stressed your entire stay! I truly regret choosing to apply and to live at Longfellow apartments. They do faulty maintenance repairs, the boilers constantly have to be repaired, which leaves you having sleepless nights with all the banging that comes from the boiler room. They constantly turn the water off. Plumbers came into my unit to do some repairs that were causing a leak in the mail room and the plumbers did not only leave the sink full of water, they also left the sink hanging and not in its place at all! I have kids and this is a big problem! The apartment was rented out to me dirty, filthy! The microwave and oven was not working at all and full of roaches! I do want to point out that this property has a big spider and roach infestation! I am

I put an application on a 1 bedroom apt here some years ago and the apartment was so warm and inviting. The balcony was roomy enough to sit out and have a small table. The best is the bath with the vintage tile and open space. Soon, I am going to try for a 2 bedroom as I wish to move back to DC.

I lived at this location/ apartment for 15 years, it is the best where one can find peace of mind. Transportation is very convenient as James stated! If you plan moving to Washington DC, don't hesitate to take a look around this apartment, I highly recommend it!
