Jim Thomson represented the builder (Joe Edmiston of Westview Custom Homes, LLC) during my home buying/build process. I was represented by a separate realtor (Kira Grubb) during the process. I was a first time home buyer, so pardon my naivety for some of the red flags. In my dealings with both Jim and the builder, Jim would basically shut down any meaningful conversation about the build process. For example, I had an issue with how shoddily done the paint was for the interior - I had paid an overage for several coats and a custom paint and they haphazardly smeared paint across the walls in what appeared to be a single coat.
