I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy over some months as I looked for a condo in order to downsize and live nearer my adult children in Chapel Hill. I have worked with many realtors over the course of my lifetime. And, I have found Cindy to be 'hands down'' the best. She is so knowledgeable. She always promptly responded to my every question in language that I could understand. Cindy was attentive to detail and quick to 'warn me off' of properties she thought potentially problematic. She advocated for me fiercely when needed. And, she was delightful to interact with in every way. With her assistance, I have found the right and perfect place.
