Used when Dorothy owned. Since then constant problems. For months, never knew when deposit money collected on rent. Last month kept calling and property group sent emails lying about dates. Nothing but headaches! The office never answered calls! Be very careful.

It's comforting to rent with a diligent property management company! Big Thank you to Brian and Anna for their professionalism, and support with maintenance repairs for their tenants :)

I moved out Nov 3,2023. Packages get stolen. The washer has dirty water coming out of it. The drawers are not able to open close properly. The place has roaches. Anna never sent for pest control. I left the apt perfectly clean no damage. They charged me $125 to repaint but when I did my walk thru with Francisco he said it looked great. Renter beware. The roach issue is very bad. I lived there for one year. They are on the outside and crawl on the walls outside and are in the laundry room as well as in apts. Many residents have said they complain
