London Towers Apartments

Do not ignore the one star reviews!!! They are there for a reason. My experience with management was extremely disappointing. The property manager was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful in their communication, which is completely unacceptable when you’re considering somewhere to live. When I toured, there were multiple landlord specials. On top of that, there were random Dollar General carts outside, and the apartment doors did not look secure at all. Safety and professionalism should be the bare minimum. If you have the income to go somewhere else, I strongly recommend you do. I will be posting a screenshot in the comments of the manager’s response so people can see exactly how residents and potential tenants are spoken to.

Moved here since November 1st and I can’t express enough how grateful I am I made this move . Everyone at the office are down to earth. They answered all my question. Me being someone that has questions for everything,they never made me feel like I was bothering them . My apartment is beautiful. Beyond satisfied. The apartment complex is quiet and clean . Am close to every store you can think of . The dmv a couple blocks away and they work really fast too. The move in was so easy . If you let negative reviews stop you from getting a good apartment then you missing out and am glad I trusted my instincts Thank you to Rebecca and everybody in the office for making my move in and my stay pleasant and easy💕

I just moved in and I absolutely LOVE my new home! The entire move-in process was incredibly smooth, and Rebecca was amazing every step of the way, so helpful and professional. The updated features are beautiful, the new cabinets, appliances, and bathroom all look fantastic. I especially love having a balcony; it’s such a peaceful and relaxing space. On top of everything, the community here is wonderful. Every resident I’ve met has been so kind and welcoming, which really made me feel at home right away. Couldn’t be happier!

I'm giving 5 stars for the community manager Rebecca!! She has always been professional, communicative and kind in all our interactions. This place was home for 5 years and the time I've had Rebecca as property manager was a pleasure. She was patient, open and honest in all my inquiries. Always helpful when I came to her with concerns and assisting me in finding solutions! There was a lot to love at London Towers, and Rebecca is definitely a huge part of that! It was time for me to try a new adventure, but I will miss this home and all that she did for me as community manager. Thank you, Rebecca!

Concluding an eight-year stay at London Towers Gladstone my wife & I have enjoyed a good life here. Love the view from our apt. Love the low utility bills with our 1-bdrm. Every time we've had a maintenance issue Axiom has promptly & courteously taken care of us. Space to walk for exercise. Snow removal and clean groundskeeping. Laundry facilities good. Rebecca is a listener and is professional in her attention to detail, always greeting us as she walks the grounds.
