London Square Village Apartments

honestly if i could give a place zero stars i would, this is the worst apartment building i have ever visited. i went to visit one day and there were roaches cralling on the ceiling and four police officers outside. it was gross and there were stray hungry dogs everywhere with fleas. the windows and doors dont lock and there were people with guns everywhere. do not visit or live here, it looks nothing like the photos.

London square is not a live able apartment complex, we have complained about AC not working properly, my mailbox was broken for 4 and a half months. I threatened to call hub and the fix it. The have rats and roaches so bad nothing helps to get rid of them at all. They have mold in all the showers in the walls nothing has been done for the past two years that I have been living there. The so called manager is very unprofessional not worried about helping anyone with nothing. Now that we have complained to everyone legally that have given out 45 eviction notices and still giving people 24 hr eviction notices.

Management is nice, They got me a unit when I needed it the most. However, when I first moved in I was told no pets were allowed, but it seems everyone in the building has dogs and the apartments do not enforce that people pick up their dog’s feces. I constantly have several piles of large dog feces in front of my unit and it’s absolutely disgusting. Every time I walk outside the smell hits me instantly not to mention the flies that accumulate because of it. I really wish they would enforce that people pick up after their animals.

My 90 year old mom lives here. These people do not take care of the elderly nor do they worry about how the apartment looks. Kids were asking my non English speaking mom for money and she told them she don’t have any..they came back and threw paint at her door..it’s been weeks and then apartment still haven’t repainted her door. They tried breaking in her apartment and broke her door and window screen..they still haven’t fix her window screen. They raise their rent every year but they haven’t fully help the people that lives there. I do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, being new to the complex, I didn't have the emergency number for this weekend's air conditioner outage. I left a message on the front office phone; Friday. But, I am very thankful that you guys came in on Monday, and your response was extremely prompt! I was given an emergency number for future issues. Thank you!
