Just got called out of the blue by Sarah which I’ve had no prior contact with before this incident. She was very aggressive, rude and unprofessional. I was a contractor on a house their client purchased that the seller has failed to pay for. I went explain the fact payment was not made like agreed upon with the sellers due to the title company intentionally leaving me out to make the sale faster. I was trying to inform them very politely that I had until a certain date to lien the property and that none of it was due to any wrong doing on their part and that the invoice will not by any means fall on them. Couldn’t even let them know about the roof warranty

These people acquired a property I was renting through ERA Realty. Before the acquisition, I had to take the landlord to court for a work order that took absolutely too long to render, which included water intrusion. Put my rent in escrow, won SOME of the money that was in escrow. Moved out. When it was time to get something back for my security deposit, these people (which happens to be the same landlord under THIS new management) LIED and said I owe them basically all the money that was in escrow and then some, which included the money they won, as a method of retaliation. They know what they did and I’m sure they going to know who made this review. This is not the end of that story.
