I’m in the Mortgage Business in DC and over the year's, I have had hundreds of clients close at Logan Title. They are one of the absolute best Title Companies in DC, and Patrick is fantastic at explaining Loan and DC deed recording doc’s. This is a 10 out of 10 Title Company, where Loan Officers and Realtors are happy if we see Logan Title in a Contract as a Title Company.

Went through them when selling my condo. After reaching out to them multiple times over the course of a month to confirm when they processed the paperwork with the mortgage company, and to confirm all required documents were properly sent, they completely ignored all requests. The mortgage company stated they didn’t get the required documents until 3 weeks after they were supposed to. I never received a response from Logan Title. They were also late on getting documents to me to sign, and missed the deadline I was given.

This company's conduct is every bit of the term gross negligence. Not only does the escrow agent not return calls but he also doesn't reply to emails. I have bought and sold many homes and the situation I am in is definitely a first. If you are looking for a third party intermediary that is unbiased - do yourself a favor and do a hard pass on this company.

We came by for notary services and Jonathan was extremely kind, efficient, and helpful. We’ll come back next time we need any assistance f their services! Nice office too.

Extremely efficient workers . I did not have to wait all day and all night as I previously experienced several years ago by other little companies. Mmmm.
