I don’t recommend living in this place they’ll try to kick you out for stuff u have no control over of . Mindy is a rude and nasty lady always trynna say what hud expect or try to blame it on hud when it’s really her making the decision, they’ll go fishing trying find stuff to kick u out for then Gina always act like she never know what’s going on , but once u remind her she remembers, they need new workers in that offices , they worry about the wrong stuff when it’s people arguing every other day loud and they still in there . 6 am u hear kids loud running up and down the apartment when u trying to sleep always I never seen them two ladies step foot out that office to really see if everything in they apartments is good . I’m so glad I left this place you can’t even grill out here or call

After we moved in, we still had to clean up here and there like residue on the fridge and in the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. Once we moved in, I had to call maintenance about our door that wouldn't close right, a hole in the wall, and our toilet was leaking water underneath. As far as the people that also live there, we got lucky where we're at, where it isn't as bad as around back. The people we have to deal with are noisy with letting the door slam all the time. As well as cars that park in Handicap spots, when in fact It's just stoners/drunks. Between the neighbors slamming their door, dogs barking, kitty litter smell when getting our mail, people not cleaning up after their pets, and people who can't park and then ding the side of your car. It isn't a bad place. Lol ***Update

If you're looking to move here don't! forcing us to sign new rules.. Under the threat of eviction... Here's some of the new rules 1. All guests must be signed in to the office no matter The extent of their visit. 2. You must need written permission to hang curtains in your windows that can be seen From outside your apartment. must get them cleared first 3.You are no longer allowed to walk. To your vehicle or stand outside and smoke a cigarette by your sliding glass door in Non approved clothing. Your Pj's are not approved These all are evictional offenses. They also don't talk to you. They tell you. to do it or face Homelessness, without a please, or thank you. I opted to live here because of the market value was fair and easily achievable. And plenty more Ridiculous rules.. They don’t allow you to grill outside no more, yet alone they took everyone’s grill without saying they was removing and to notice not once was there a deadline to get them off the property. You’re not allowed outside in PJs at all this is to feel like your home but yet it’s making people feel like we are in a rat lab where they have control of everything. This is to be a place to help people be able to get back up on your feet, not make everyone feel uncomfortable to step foot outside of your apartment.

I’ve read some of the horror story reviews and am left asking if we are talking the same place. If you expect a free ride where you can do as you see fit and not have to abide by some basic regulations, you’ll have issues here. Name me one apartment out there that this doesn’t apply. Good luck. There’s certainly one I’ve ever known of and none in Altoona. The apartments are more than decently sized, the price even for market is as reasonable as reasonable gets and you aren’t saddled with a ton of utilities. Only one outside of your internet and cable (if you choose to get them) is electric. The staff is very accommodating. Be reasonable and don’t act entitled or have off the wall expectations you won’t get anywhere, they’ll more than willingly work as best as they can with you. All are po
