Wehnwood Court Apartments

Overall, this is a good place to stay. Renovations get done fairly quickly, and the workers are really nice and helpful whenever they’re able to assist. It’s a great option for students because it offers independence at an affordable price. The apartments are quite spacious, which is a big plus. That said, I hope the student apartments also get renovated in the future. I also HOPE the large parking lot gets plowed more consistently during the winter. Since many students need to get to class, it can be stressful worrying about finding parking or having cars slip due to snow and ice when it isn’t cleared on time.

Inexpensive with lots of room for two people to share. Large bedroom much larger than at my parent’s house. The location is convenient to campus to easily be able to walk to class. Anytime it snows it’s shoveled and cleared in the parking lot as well. For the value of this apartment it’s a great deal.

Great apartment building at an affordable price. The building is currently in the process of being redone with new carpet flooring in the hallways and new exterior painting and window trim, and the rooms are also being redone with new walls, doors, furniture etc. The only complaint I would give is that the washing and drying machines are a bit out of date and sweatshirts and sweatpants and any other thicker clothing has to be run through the dryer twice to get it fully dried.

I've lived at Wehnwood for 2 years. Ive loved every second of it especially under the new management. The new maintenance men are wonderful, very quick to getting to maintenance requests, and very kind. Every worker is always smiling and friendly!
