Lofts on Haw River

I just have to send a shout out to Gerald, Steven and Kyle, the maintenance guys! No matter what you ask or what you need, these guys offer to help or they just jump in and help. Gerald is an outstanding leader & has put together a great team. They always listen- like they want to listen & figure out how to best solve whatever problem you might have. They are the best team we’ve ever had here! The entire staff here are amazing. Since the first days of Mrs Cheree’s arrival the whole place has become more and more of the kind of place that creates a whole new meaning of apartment complex - where people want to live! Keep up the outstanding work everyone! You are all respected & appreciated far more than mere words can express! Thank you for all of your hard work!

i am the guarantor for a friend who is moving in tomorrow, and i can’t say enough positive things about the Lofts on Haw River or the leasing staff. The place is truly unique, and no two units are like. The amenities are great, and there is such a laid-back, warm, and welcoming vibe to the whole place. It’s also hard to beat the view of the river.I would move in here in a minute if i was looking for a place to live. I particularly want to shout out AJ., one of the leasing managers. She was so friendly and helpful to me and to the future occupants, She helped all of us through every step of the approval process and took a lot of time showing me around.She is a great ambassador for the Lofts on Haw River.I wish there were more like her in other complexes

Visited a friend there yesterday and saw they had a little get together in the office area. There were several people in there enjoying the refreshments the staff put out so I could not stay but I must say I have never been so delighted that the staff actually try to make the tenants engaged. My friend who live there said they are always happy to see you when you go in even if you are complaining. I have been considering a relocation to central NC from Asheville and this experience just tipped the scales. I hope there is an apartment open for me to rent there when that time comes.

Lofts on Haw River is a nice apartment complex. I like it, mainly because of everything that is offered for tenants. The entire first floor is dedicated to residents. Library/study rooms/conference office/Gym/Pool/Clubhouse with a kitchen and pool table. A lot of things to offer here. The apartments are unique with tall ceilings. Hardwood floors throughout. Some apartments have windows facing Haw River. Almost forgot to mention the dog friendly community. Maddie at the leasing office and very friendly and helpful.

I am so happy with my new apartment at the Lofts on Haw River. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The grounds are clean and maintenance is there to help when needed. The apartment space is awesome with high ceilings, a rustic/open vibe, while having a strong modern feel. Paint color is lovely and goes with everything. Nice appliances and counter tops. It's quiet too... meaning you rarely hear your next-door neighbors. Wonderful amenities and a convenient location. I love it!!
