Was very disappointed with the interactions I had with June. We applied for a home and were made to feel like the application looked great they just needed our current landlord to verify. June emailed me telling me that she had other applications and that she was only pending a response from my landlord. So i rushed him to get this in. I let June know he had responded and her response to me was "I have appointments. Ill open it when I have time" She then never contacted us again. Its fine if we were not approved for some reason but to not reach back out after you rushed us to get our stuff in was completely unprofessional to me. My husband and I both decided we did not want to rent the property if we had to deal with June. It honestly makes it look like they are just letting people pay the

June and Nancy are consummate professionals, they go above and beyond in all aspects of the transaction. They are great communicators and they allow for pets to be in their rental properties, which is definitely Something that is needed.June sets the expectation from jump that pets are allowed and takes proper precautions in allowing that to happen and it usually has great results. I recommend all my clients who are looking to rent to her.

June does her best with the social skills she has. Nancy is polite and helpful. I don't recommend using her to manage your properties, nor do I recommend renting from them. From the beginning of our interaction with them, June acted very jaded against all renters. On the defensive all the time, assuming all of those who rent are deceptive and untrustworthy. I'm thinking the reviews that say they are "such nice people" are written by friends or those who have never interacted with June.

My husband and I rented a property from Larson Properties and had a great experience. We moved to the area, not knowing a soul; Nancy and June worked hard to get us into a great property for our family (including our dog). The property management couldn't have been any better! If something needed to be repaired, it was done right away. Nancy is extremely easy to contact and responsive. This business is important to Mrs. June and Mrs. Nancy, and it shows. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a property again from Larson Properties.
