Lofts on 8th

I’ve had a great experience living here 😊 I love how close it is to campus, and the community is always clean and well kept. Kenzie is so sweet and always remembers my name, which truly makes the lofts feel like a little community💕

I don’t currently live here, but I scheduled a tour directly through their website (not a third-party site), and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. I booked the appointment three business days in advance and received multiple confirmations, including one the morning of the tour. However, when I arrived, I was told they hadn’t seen my appointment. Since they’re required to give tenants at least two hours’ notice before showing their apartment, the tour couldn’t happen. It was frustrating to plan around the appointment and receive confirmations, only for it to fall through due to what seems like a system or internal communication issue. I hope they’re able to resolve whatever caused this, but based on this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere in my apartment search.

I love living at lofts! It’s an awesome community and Kenzie the manager is always doing giveaways and planning cool events! I highly recommend, I love having my own room and bathroom!

The units are super spacious and modern! It’s a HUGE bonus to have garage parking and garage entry! Have definitely enjoyed living here and Kenzie in the office is great! :)

After having no call-back on my move-out security deposit this is truly my last resort. I lived at Lofts on 8th for 3 years, and I can honestly say the experience ended on a deeply disappointing note. Despite being a long-term tenant who paid rent on time, caused and had no problems with management/fellow tenants, as well as spent days thoroughly cleaning the apartment before moving out (literally on our hands and knees scrubbing the floor, had the carpet professionally cleaned, repainted the baseboards, as well as plenty of hours…better yet DAYS scrubbing every molecule of the place); they still somehow found nearly $100 to deduct from my security deposit for "cleaning" and "paint chipping" (which was clearly normal wear and tear after 3 years of residency with 0 preventative measures on
