As a new resident to Winston Salem, I have been in the process of locating an apartment for a short-term lease. I found these lofts online and was eager to tour the property. Unfortunately, I have had to call their offices repeatedly for 3 weeks without any response or correspondence. No one ever answers the phone and I am constantly greeted by their AI system. I attempted to select all of the options given on their phonetic menu and was still unable to speak with someone. I finally decided to physically go to the property and once I arrived, their office door was locked and I was shocked to see absolutely no leasing staff inside.
