Lofts at South Lake

I moved into the Lofts at South Lake last July. Before settling on my current apartment, I toured four other local complexes, but once I saw the view from this place, I knew it was the one. As an artist working with higher-level clients, status plays a role in my work. When I bring clients or friends over, they’re always impressed by how nice the apartment is, the amenities, and most importantly, the view. I’ve really enjoyed living here, and that experience has only been made better by the office staff and maintenance team, who are constantly doing more to improve things. From food trucks to yoga classes, and monthly event calendars posted in the elevator, you can tell they’re making a real effort to bring something new to the residents, even if not everyone takes advantage of it. I’ve lived at the lofts at south lake since January of 2022, and I am very happy with my experience living here. First I want to add that Stephanie helped me transfer apartments recently and the process only took about 2 weeks and everything went smoothly and she was a great help! The amenities are great, maintenance always responds quickly! If you’re looking for a great place to live in clermont lofts at south lake is a perfect option for anyone that enjoys to be close to everything in town. You can walk to the nearby Publix, Home Depot, also other stores/restaurants . There’s also amazing sunset views in the area overlooking all of clermont!

Amanda was so kind and knowledgable. Very proffesional. We applied and 4 hours later were approved and everying including power be turned on. Cant wait to move in.

Here is a warning to all prospective tenants- avoid this complex and take your rent money elsewhere! During my time living at The Lofts, I can definitively say that it was the worst rental experience that I have ever had. Here’s a list of features you get when you sign here: Urine in the elevators, broken exterior doors, extremely thin walls, green pool, dirt pile dog park, stollen packages, and so much more. It should be a crime to market this place as “luxury housing.” But don’t worry, once you decide to leave, you get to enjoy a nice chat with Stephany or Coryn as they try to justify keeping your security deposit because you wall mounted a TV and now they need the money to repaint the whole unit. I’ve been a resident here for the last year and change and it’s not bad, but not great. The doors leading into the building from the parking garage has been broken for months now - way to feel safe. The lights in the parking garage NEVER work, like ever. Coming home at night is scary since it’s so dark out there. The fire alarms go off randomly which is annoying. The maintenance guys are amazing! I wish I could give them 5 stars for always being so kind and helpful. I wish the building kept up with the basics, safety - but clearly that’s not a priority. Other than that, it’s a nice place to live in Clermont.
