Lofts at SoDo

The rating is only based on the fact that the building seems to be under construction and areas of the garage and other public areas are not well kept up. I love the studio that I saw. It seems perfect but after reading other reviews from recent tenants and hearing that the construction has been going on for two years and could possibly take another couple of years, I had to change my mind about renting there.😩 I read about reviews with roach infestations and issues with mold, that is just simply unacceptable. Now let me tell you about the wonderful leasing agent that made my experience memorable! Her name is Alexandra but I think she goes by Ally. She was personable, polite, funny and extremely helpful! I would have rented from her on a heartbeat. She was the best experience of the day!

I have lived here for 2 years in a studio, the only reason I cannot renew again, even though I would love to, is the pricing going up past my budget. I am a grad student and will be having a new budget with graduating soon and sadly this apartment is too small and too high of cost. I have had so many apartments over the last 8 years and the only negatives are things that come with the territory of apartments. Notes: - The walls are not overly thin between apartments, I have only heard my neighbors a few times, usually when they are belting in the shower lol. However the wall between the apartment and hallway is not well insulated at all, you can hear anyone walking past or talking. I am lucky to live on a side that is not well trafficked. - There was a situation with a woman at the apartm

It been an amazing experience living at Lofts at Sodo! The staff is amazing especially the leasing agent Dyana. She has a bright welcoming personality and really listens when we have any concerns. She made our move in process quick and easy. The leasing agents as a whole do an amazing job!

Living at this apartment complex was a nightmare. My unit was infested with mold and roaches, and no matter how many times I brought it to the office’s attention, nothing meaningful was done. Anytime there was heavy rain, water would seep in through the baseboards and even the windows, which eventually caused mold to grow throughout the apartment. This led to damage to several pieces of my furniture, completely avoidable had the property been properly maintained. To make matters worse the manager Michelle in the front office has zero customer service skills. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean, or professionally managed living space.

moving into the apartments here has been absolutely wonderful!!! everyone here is so nice, the staff is always very helpful and the leasing agents have made things reaaaaalllly easy peezy. Dyana has been delightful to be around while going through the process :)
