Lofts at North Hills

We've lived here five years and have had nothing but good experiences! The complex is in a great location with easy access to all the popular parts of town, and plenty of good choices for restaurants nearby. The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable as well. A few weeks ago we had a severe issue with the plumbing in our kitchen and it was resolved within two hours of submitting the maintenence ticket, I have nothing but praise for the team here. Grounds are well-kept, ample parking is available and frequent community events at the front office all make for a very nice place to be 😊.

I love how pet-friendly this place is. The dog play area is a huge plus, and my pup loves it! Maintenance always shows up quickly and the office team checks in regularly to make sure everything is going well.

The location is ideal, and the rent — which includes internet — is an excellent value for the modern amenities and outstanding service you receive. Loft living truly feels like having your own townhome: no upstairs neighbors creating noise, plenty of privacy, and a welcoming, friendly community. It’s remarkably quiet here, and the maintenance team is fantastic! Submit a request through the resident portal and it’s often handled within hours — a level of service that sets this property apart from others. I just toured with Sabrina this past week, and she was amazing! Incredibly professional and hospitable, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond in the showing. I did end up going with another place because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but would very much recommend checking out Lofts at North Hills for anyone looking to move to Raleigh. It's a great location and the community is very clean and quiet. I had a wonderful experience touring this community.
