Lofts at Houston Central

I strongly advise any student or parent considering Lofts at Houston Central to think twice before signing a lease here. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying rent on time, students are being forced out of their rooms without proper legal notice, often with no formal communication regarding lease renewal. Management fails to provide timely or professional notifications and will reassign your room to someone else without warning—jeopardizing students' housing security and, in some cases, forcing them to drop out of school. The management is disorganized, unprofessional, and dismissive of serious concerns. Toured this place with my nephew as he was considering CGTC and their housing. After touring and observing other student behaviors at the pool area and in their lobby, we have chosen not to lease here but set him up at another place near the school. This place is not affordable for students starting their education, and after hearing about the on going fighting and gun crimes, i am not sure any young students should begin their school career at this place. Do your research.

Ive been living at Lofts at Houston for a year and I couldn't be happier! The staff is friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the community is quiet and welcoming. My apartment is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and comfortable living spaces. The location is convenient and close to [local attractions/public transportation]. I've experienced no issues with maintenance or noise, and the office team is always willing to lend a helping hand. I would highly recommend The Lofts to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free living experience!

If you want grown men coming into your teenage daughter’s apartment unannounced, then this is the place for you. Maintenance and other office managers will let themselves in to apartments (and even rooms) with no appointment or warning. We have told the office on multiple occasions that there needs to be a 24 hour notice before entering an apartment unit, but they simply do not care. The lease will definitely not be renewed and I feel bad for any families who were made to believe this was a nice and safe environment.

It is a very modern apartment and, a friendly community for medical students. Friendly staff and maintenance team who respond to issues immediately. The apartments are too expensive for medical students who are on private loans. I recommend taking a look at the neighboring apartment to get something more affordable that does not require sharing if you are someone who likes your privacy. The complex does not have a lot of single-occupancy apartments.
