Lofts at Forest Park

My experience at Lofts at Forest Park was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at an apartment complex. My wife and I moved here when we matched here for residency. When we moved in the cabinets in our kitchen were very worn down. We had several maintenance issues with our unit throughout our time here. The most significant problem we had was that our apartment flooded twice. We lived in a first floor unit. This happened because the drain on the patio got clogged with debris as the drainage was insufficient. This was not just a mild flood, but rather it completely flooded the entire living room. After the flood water was cleared up, we brought this up to the property manager. She insinuated that this was our fault for not making sure the drain was clear and told us to file the da

We lived in the Lofts at Forest Park for 2 years and I would under some circumstances recommend them to friends and family. The main issues we had were excessive noise - especially if your upstairs neighbors have kids who run. The apartments have very high ceilings and mostly hard surfaces so sound is basically not deadened at all when moving through your own apartment, combine that with what seems to be negligible sound proofing and you end up with stampedes above you all day every day and someone yelling curse words beside you at all hours of the day. Additionally on move out they will absolutely nickel and dime you for cleaning. We left the stove with 2 small cooking spots (picture included so you can make your own opinion) on it and were charged $35 to simply wipe it down... this is

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I do not have a single complaint about this complex. The maintenance staff is very prompt, helpful, and responsive. The management is also extremely proactive and kind to their residents. The building is always clean and the grounds are lovely. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Imma keep it funky per usual, Its a no for me fam.. To make sure I didn't write this review out of anger I waited months to make this. I moved out first of June, it is now August and I think I am clear. I will discuss price point, location and amenities to give you a idea of what your getting yourself into. For the price you pay your not getting the best bang for your buck. Most other places in the area have more lively amenities and the energy is there but living here was a drag most of the time. The best thing about amenities is the temp controlled garage for the winter months. But there is absolutely NO SERVICE down there so that can be dangerous. oh that's also a extra 95-150 up charge for a spot down there so you've been warned. A very special shoutout to the maintenance staff who are knowledgeable, responsive and always do a great job. In addition they are friendly and always helpful. They make living at the Lofts a great experience.
