Lofts at Fairpark

This is a nice place but they can't get the management company together to manage this place. I have been here since September 24, 2025 and they didn't clean our apartment before we moved in. They tried to over charge us but we caught it and they had to refund us our money back. The elevator has been out since October 31, 2025 until present and have not commicate with the tenants about this situation. We can't go grocery shopping because we can't carry bags up 6 flights of stairs. I have a pacemaker and I go to dialysis 3 times a week. We can't order packages because carriers won't take the stairs, they just leave our packages in the lobby and they get stolen. The building can be much easier if they will talk to us and give us a time when the doors and elevator will be fixed. Our Family c

You would think after new management things would improve. Management has completely abandoned us. Elevators nor garage works, my car has been broken into twice in the last 2 months. No maintenance either, just completely poor management. No point of calling to complain or anything because they don’t answer but make it a priority to answer about rent.

INFESTED WITH ROACHES! They haven’t bothered taking care of it or care to. I’ve had to do my ow maintenance on small things I’ve put in work orders for. My air condition has been out multiple times. Twice during when it’s been its peak temperature. Flooding in the bathrooms/due to backed up pipes, flooding from above units, I could day more, but the roach problem is extremely problematic.

Elevator doesn't work.Somebody call the fire department too many fire hazards, roaches, trash everywhere. Management doesn’t exist.They do not have maintenance at all. Stairs are falling apart Major fire hazard. Apartments do not be move in ready its ridiculous. Roaches rats and all kinds of bugs ewww . Please do not waste your time or families time here. Im calling for a class action lawsuit!

I am a three year resident here and the property has had its issues but I LOVE living here. My one bedroom is so spacious and cute. We have a new Management (Jessica) and she is fantastic. Looking forward to her being here.
