LOFT

I’ve never shopped here and thought there wouldn’t be much selection that looked good on me for my size. But I went in and was pleasantly surprised that there were shirts and dresses that looked good on me! I will admit, the sale was what drew me in to getting multiple items, but without it, I would’ve stayed more to just one.

I love Loft and own a lot of their clothing, but this particular store is disappointing. The staff consistently looks unpolished—often like they just rolled out of bed—which doesn’t inspire confidence. In a fashion retail environment, it would make a big difference if employees wore the brand or at least dressed with intention. If you’re selling style, your team should look like they can actually help customers put together outfits and stay current with trends. Greeting guests is rare, and I often have to ask for my own fitting room—something other Loft locations proactively offer. While trying on clothes, no one checks in or offers assistance. The woman I can only assume is the manager is also not particularly kind or welcoming, which only adds to the overall poor experience

I love Loft and its clothes, but the staff at this store is not great. They’re never attentive, don’t ask if they can start a fitting room when my hands are full, act like I’m bothering them when I want to check out. It’s always new people and they all act the same. Disappointing.

Came in with my girlfriend and found the staff to be extremely helpful and kind. They were very accommodating with opening fittings rooms and helping my girlfriend find her right clothing size.

I love this location! The staff is friendly and attentive to my shopping needs. Shaun is the best! He’s knowledgeable and makes every visit a pleasurable experience.
