Lodge At Lakeline Village

I recently toured and leased with The Lodge at Lakeline. As soon as I walked into the office, Q was extremely kind and helpful in preparing my tour. Dana has also been extremely helpful over the phone. My partner and I instantly loved the community due to the matured trees, area, and floor plans available. We decided to lease the New Hope Deluxe 2 floor plan and it is incredibly beautiful. The rates here are some of the best I've seen. Additionally, the application and leasing process was the smoothest out of any apartment I have ever lived at. We applied on a Saturday and everything was completed by the following Wednesday for move in. I appreciated all of the step by step details provided so i knew exactly what I needed to do. Katherine was very helpful and professional throughout the touring process. She provided clear and thorough information about the apartment complex and answered all my questions with great knowledge. Although my application was not approved, her assistance left a very positive impression, and I would have loved to live there based on the experience she provided.

This place deserves zero stars and it's a real shame. We lived here for almost three years and each year the rent increased substantially. The second lease renewal they sent us an offer letter with rent an additional $150/month and the reasoning was they decided to pick our apartment to receive a new fenced in patch of turf without notifying us whatsoever and I highly doubt we would've become aware had I not questioned why they were trying to charge us so much. The front office does not care about you the second you become a resident and they only start to care the second you put in your notice. That fence they wanted to install? Broke three months into our new lease, and on our move out 6 months later was still not repaired, so we paid a higher rent for absolutely nothing. When we put in

I truly love the apartment it is spacious and clean. The neighborhood is nice as well and feels safe. Maintenance and pest control have both been prompt, kind, and helpful.

Posting this as an actual resident not someone who just had a good experience on a tour - I would DEFINITELY avoid this complex. First off the parking is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Each building has a single row of parking (including handicap spots). Anytime after 4pm I have to park at another building and walk a mile. There’s no registration for cars or anything like that it’s a free for all so that definitely doesn’t help. I’m sorry but your week long guests should not be causing paying residents to park a mile from their home. The pricing here isn’t competitive at all. So over priced. I have no idea what my husband and I were thinking signing a lease for a tiny one bedroom at 1650 a month. Don’t let them get you with that base rent price. Monthly fees (for I don’t know what) comes
