CASA Property Management has been the best property management company that I have ever resided with as a tenant. I've resided in my current home for the past 4 years. Mike has been my point of contact since the listing went live. When I've happen to need a maintenance request, they have been very quick to respond and communicate with me throughout the process. The home rarely even needs maintenance. This should let you know how well they maintain their properties and vet their tenants. Each vendor they used has been a professional and reputable company that would not cause the tenant or owner to worry. I've always felt safe. Communication has always been seamless and timely on both ends, with them and owner (if needed). On the other end, my family owns several properties in the north Texa

Casa Property Management has been an excellent property management company to work with. Their responsiveness to service requests is almost immediate. The communication between the tenants and owners is very clear. The financial reports are done in a very timely manner. They are familiar with the rental market here in Cedar Park and Leander and can accurately price it for quick tenant occupation. I am very happy with the tenant screening process.
