Lockwood Plaza Apartments

The place is infested with mice and roaches, and they let weirdos shack up in the hallways and staircases at night. This place is hands down the worst complex I’ve lived in.

I've lived here now for 3yrs and my experience living here is ok. The only problem that I have is when I call the office for maintenance to repair things it takes too long. I understand that they are understaffed but a month to repair something is too long. I still have a broken dishwasher and its been over a year now. Got tired of asking about a new one. Dont like that visitors cant park overnight without getting there car towed. How do u tell the office your visitor is staying overnight if they are closed and you didnt know they were going to stay because it was late. I think that is unfair to have to pay to get ur car untowed and if you dont have the money right there and then they will take ur car. That is why I give it 3 star rate.

Unless it is an emergency do not move here unless you want to deal with rodents destroying everything from the holes they make and you lose food clothes furniture etc.

It's horrible...I live there about 10 years and never change the toilet and fixed the bathroom floor...

Mother inlaws the times have changed the city but lockwood holeds strong
