Anita K is the worst and the owners who own 416 S 11th St in Las Vegas, I was approved for the property May 2nd then denied May3rd and approved again on May3rd I signed my lease already and was denied the next day I was supposed to move In. I was very honest about my income credit and background an I'm pretty sure they just didn't want me in their property. I Z STILL have a signed lease, and what they did was ILLEGAL . I would recommend anyone thinking about this company to be skeptical because my experience was terrible. My home was packed up and lights already transferred when they denied me a 3RD TIME. Doing ILLEGAL things after you approved and had me sign a lease it's practically ridiculous and exactly how lawsuits happen

Brad decided to inform me Lilla “connections” which he politely said I didn’t want the recourse.. I rented this property for a 18 months and from day one it has been nothing but a headache. We weren’t allowed full access to the house besides stuff left everywhere, when we requested for the one downstairs closet to be opened we found it stuffed to the ceiling besides the gun inside. I have middle school kids and we don’t keep anything like that in the house. Anytime we requested for something to be fixed just got the run around.
