Remodeling your house is a huge investment in time, money and energy. In May our realtor recommended Local Map Construction to us. We worked closely with Matt, Joe and their crews on remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition. we transformed a living room into a guest bedroom, updated the entertainment center, refinished wood floors, and more. Matt and Joe with Local Map Construction are honest, straightforward and have high standards for their work. They checked in daily, let us know what to expect, had the house cleaned four times during the process, and the ducts cleaned when all was complete. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend.

Matt and Joe were great to work with. They were able to take our vision of what we wanted for our basement and make it a reality. We had some revisions to our design all the way up to the day of framing and they were very accommodating to our wishes. They were always available and checked on the job often. As with any project like this, things came up that we did not anticipate, but they worked with us on handling those issues. Our family recently completed an extensive full home remodel in Ft. Collins. Matt and Joe did a great job finishing our basement. They were always available when we called, and we're timely when we needed to meet with them.
