Local Lending Oklahoma

Ok so here’s my review of Dean Slatev and his company Local Lending. I only leave Google reviews for great service or crappy service. Point blank, THE DUDE IS AWESOME. He was so confident in his lending knowledge I had no choice but to go with his service. He was an absolute one stop shop for my residential home refinance. I am a proud US Veteran and he is very veteran and VA home loan friendly. He coached me step by step through the entire process AND I LITERALLY DID EVERYTHING ON MY CELL PHONE with his help. I saved a ton of cash with my new loan and we are super grateful. There was never a question he didn’t have the answer for and his customer service was TOP NOTCH. Thanks Dean. Dean and his team have been extremely helpful in my first time house buying experience. He was incredibly responsive and always available to answer my many questions throughout the months as I looked for a house/researched about mortgages. Out of all of the banks I contacted, Dean still gave me the best offer for what I wanted. He made the closing transition so smooth and my realtor/title company were thankful and impressed by how seamless and prompt the loan paperwork was done. I cannot thank Dean enough for this easy home loan process and will highly recommend him to others!

Dean is amazing and I could not recommend him more! As a first time homeowner I had no idea where to even begin with mortgages. Dean listened, explained, and made the process easy. Another company we started the process with was sooo difficult to work (the process of submitting and resubmitting paper work for approval took over 4 days of back and forth) this made us even more thankful we had Dean because he got us taken care of with a quickness. We also compared with 8 different places both local and national and he by far got us the best rate. Go with Dean! You will not regret it

Could not ask for a better lender!! Dean has years of experience and knows what he’s doing!! Too bad there is not a 10 star to choose!! He had us to the closing table in only 9 business days when it takes other lenders a month.
