I was very happy Loan Depot customer for my home. I looking to refinance my condo. Movement Mortgage hold my loan currently on my Condo, so the obvious choice would be for me to refinance the condo with LD since I had received great service from LD for years. When I went to refinance my condo, I was offered a mediocre rate. When I informed the Loan Depot agent that I was going with another lender, he then matched the rate of the other lender, which I find very annoying, a waste of my time and slightly shady. Now I keep receiving numerous emails from Loan Depot. Once again, BlackRock, Vanguard, Philosophy Capital Management and private equity are completely messing up what was an otherwise a great company.

At 62 years old, I’ve had dozens of mortgages and refi’s. This is my second experience with loanDepot, and both transactions were the best I’ve ever had with any institution. Brent Anderson and Catalina Lim were both an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the loan process. They’re both extremely articulate, pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and inspire confidence. What they said would happen and when it would happen, were right on target. Every interaction was like talking to a friend rather than a representative of a company. By doing so, they were excellent representatives for loanDepot. Every stage of the process when dealing with loanDepot is smooth and methodical. There aren’t any curve balls or disappointments in the process. My experiences with loanDepot make

Dilinh has been awesome to do business with. She was super helpful and patient going through different options and products with us so that we could make a decision that best fit our needs. We appreciate her hard work and the assurance that she is available to help us should we have any questions or concerns. Give her a raise. 😊

"My entire experience was handled through phone, email, and online, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Communication was clear and timely at every step, and I always felt informed and supported. Even with my low credit score, they worked with me patiently and found solutions that truly helped. Documents and details were shared promptly, making the process efficient and stress‑free. The professionalism and attention to detail came through strongly, and I gave all 10s because every aspect from responsiveness to quality was excellent. I would highly recommend Stephen Saul as my loan agent and Rosa Berber as my loan processor. Together they made the process seamless, professional, and genuinely supportive. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service that works perfect

We were contacted by loanDepot inquiring if we wished to take some of our home equity out or take a second mortgage on our home. After conversing with Alexandra for quite a bit of time, we believed we had convinced her that we did not want to take any type of loan out, that we were satisfied with the current path we are on. Imagine our surprise when we get an email concerning loan disclosures. I logged into the loanDepot site and discovered that I had been submitted for a $35,000.00 loan. Again, something I had not requested nor desired. I then declined to accept electronic disclosures in an effort to stop the progress of the actions I had NOT requested. We were later contacted by another loan officer asking why we had changed our mind. After a somewhat lengthy conversation, we fina
