We used loan depot specifically because of Cindi- the owner- would never use them again. The rates are the same everywhere they can’t beat anyone’s. also they are terrible people they are nasty, disgusting and vindictive. Stay far away. Would never recommend using anyone from loan depot especially this location.

Slow to hear back from anyone, I had been working with Cynthia and Megan, always got automated emails back saying they were out of office and waited a week to have some of my questions answered. Even drove to the office to hopefully get to talk to someone and no one was there during business hours. Gave them a second chance and then after I made an offer on a home they almost made it fall through because again they hadn’t checked their emails. Almost lost the money I spent on appraisal and inspection due to their negligence. Went with a different lender that actually cared about each individual and went above and beyond. Absolutely do not recommend.

Cindi and her amazing team are hands down the BEST residential lenders to work with on the South Shore. I have personally worked with a couple of the LOs in her office (Taylor & Jennifer), and they are true professionals. Cindi does a fantastic job training and educating her team on how to overcome challenges to make sure deals get to the closing table and buyers get their keys. No need to look anywhere else, these ladies will take care of you!
