I compared LoanDepot to others a while back and decided not to use them. Got a letter the other day that they had a data breach and offered ExperianIDWorks for free credit monitoring. What a joke, Experian is impossible to work with and the customer service at LoanDepot is horrible! The rep was inattentine when I needed answers as to why Experian was so hard to deal with when they chose them to do the credit monitoring for the customers they breached! NEVER use LoanDepot unless you want to go the all kinds of hassle when they lose your data to a hack!

Mari is available 24/7, and extremely patient explaining everything is understandable terms. I will use Mari with all my investment properties moving forward.

Mari was super patient fielding my MANY questions & hand-holding me through this confusing process. I peppered her with all sorts of questions, some of them repeats & she patiently & thoroughly explained them all to my satisfaction

everything was awesome complex stupid transaction with difficulties but Mari handled it all well

Closed on short time frame.fees are higher than some competitors but good customer service.
