I must say that my experience working with Nicki Daigle @ LoanDepot has been amazing. She has made the whole process stress free. She has made a seemingly nerve wrecking experience a breeze for me. Anytime I have a question, no matter how silly it is, she has an answer for me. She has always answered her phone or replied to text, she is never too busy to see what I need. Gestures like this mean a ton to someone that is in the process of purchasing a home. That is a huge step in a person's life and the assurance that she provides is exceptional!! Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and walked me through everything I would need as a first time home buyer. He made great recommendations and explained why certain processes needed to take place. I would recommend Jeff to other first time home buyers.
