LMS Properties is awesome—super easy to work with and always quick to respond when something is needed. The property manage, Lori is very caring and willing to help in any way she can. Highly recommend!

Awful service. They keep raising the fees and do less and less for the property. The grass and gardens rarely get maintained. They wait till the grass is over a foot long before cutting it. Don't even get me started on snow removal. They never maintain the law sprinkler system for the property. The reduced service for garbage pickup so the bins fill up and overflow. It is so sad even when you try to contact them, 99.9% of the time they are unreachable - unless it's a structural emergency, good luck. It simply feels like they do not care about the property or the people.

Lori is a great property manager for my properties. All my renters are pleased with her service and can get a hold of her in a moments notice. Highly recommended in Westminster, MD!

Lori is very efficient and professional. I have been in my home for about 9yrs and never had any problems or issues. If you had any issues she makes sure it's tend to immediately. I would recommend LMS to anyone looking for property management. Lori is an amazing and Caring person who looks out for her tenants. ❤️
