We have LIT managed our rental property for more than 10 years. In those years we can confirm that their management have been very good. All needed cares were provided. Staff were professional in their dealings, and as such we did not have any issues. We were happy. Monthly rental income were assured. Management staff were helpful and accommodating when asked for help. We just have disposed off the property and all needs were done to finally close the business connection due to age retirement. Thanks for all your help. Very much appreciated. As we live in Sydney Australia call us in case you come for a trip on business or personal travel. Merry christmas and a happy new year.
After living here for a few months I can safely say my wife and I made choice when moving into a Livingintown property. The application and move in progress was very smooth thanks to Nikole and Faith, and they were happy to correct an error in move in paperwork as soon as it was brought to their attention. They’ve promptly answered almost all maintenance request and emails since we’ve moved in. The main maintenance person we’ve dealt with, Mr. Kim, is very helpful and thorough. I do have to remove a star due to the lack of consistent dumpster service.
My family currently lives at the Atlanta location. Wynnwood Vinings. We received an email stating there would be a giveaway or reduced rent if residents leave a positive review. Just a few days later, another email was sent explaining that the entire maintenance team had either quit or been fired. Given that information, why would anyone feel comfortable leaving a good review? The conditions at this property are unacceptable. Many apartments are old, stale, and moldy, with serious electrical issues that appear to be potential fire hazards. The front gate has been broken since she moved in back in 2023 and has never been repaired. Trash is a constant issue. Trash piles up behind buildings, yet management only seems to care about the building next to the leasing office. The dumpster is con
We hired Livingintown (‘LIT’) as our fourth property mgt. co. Hiring a new PM means problems with the outgoing PM. It’s been a solid year working with Livingintown. Both parties had to be accommodating to reach a good, working balance. Under Livingintown auspices, namely Senior Property Manager NIKARA K.–w/initial guidance from Jay G.– our retail center is fully occupied. It’s operating efficiently which benefits owners, our tenants and the community. At its core, Livingintown has brought professionalism and a modern approach to managing our property. Sounds innocuous, but it’s very important. The outgoing PM refused to use PM software or an online portal, causing constant tenant arrears. Our PM, Nakira, has consistently overseen rents being paid, leases being enforced, filling any vacanc
*edit* 2 years after my initial complaint nothing has been fixed. Currently in a flooded living room because when I reported the leak yesterday before the hurricane hit I got ignored. 2 years with a broken ac, 2 years with a leaky roof. This company is just a front for slumlords. I'm the sucker for believing the property manager that these issues would be fixed if I resigned my lease. Believing that is on me, but the property manager I spoke to lying to my face, that's on her. Don't fix leaks for months and the ceiling crumbles. The recycling has been like you see in the pictures for 6 weeks. Everyone who comes to "fix" your issue says there isn't anything they can do and they pass it off to someone else who never shows up. *edit* one year later and this is still going on.
