This as much an apology as it is praise for Mark and Erika, owners of Living Easy. After months of getting runaround from different manufactured home sales people, through the VIP mortgage team (one of the few places who will finance a construction loan for a manufactured home) I found Mark. I must tell you this man is a gem! From day one he was super responsive and even took an order from a different manufacturer to his manufacturer and matched the specifications for me. He guided me throughout the process and everything was great until I finally met face-to-face with the final numbers from the bank and unfortunately had to cancel the project. I have no doubt whatsoever that I would have been completely satisfied with the home and the process because this man was on top of every detail. H
