Kenneth Higgins is the best property manager Live Oaks has had. I see that man walking the property late at night and keeping us safe. He stands on business and he doesn’t play about his residents. Live Oaks is Looking Amazing! Kenneth Higgins walks this property and stands on business. He is very proactive and professional. He actually Listens and takes the time to try and fix my concerns. I called the emergency line after midnight and Kenneth responded immediately and fixed the issues and came personally to my door. He is very dedicated and we are Lucky to Have Him! Since my family has moved in, we have been met with nothing but hospitality by Mrs. Williams. Her kindness has made our stay here enjoyable as well as Mr. Kenneth who now has begun updating the property, adding new amenities to make our stay here more desirable. I've always enjoyed my experience here. The neighbors and management have always treated me well for the past 2 years. Now that we have Mr. Kenneth Higgins, the new property manager, it seems like all of the renovations, maintenance and overall quality of living have been streamlined. He's been nothing but respectful in the short time that he's been here and I think that helps the community flourish.
