On my way home I Realized how ridiculous this company is and incompetent. Set up a meeting to view a place, arrived early to be told she didn’t have keys to view “because of a mix up”. Didn’t remember what space I asked about, Then was told it was already leased once I stated which one I was interested in(thats literally in a email chain)…. Did not attempt to sell me on another property or anything. So what did we meet for lol? Burn the clock? Don’t want to lease to me? Will definitely make sure all my owners stay away from working with this company. All the bad I heard makes sense now, Smh!

This company is possibly the worst I've ever had to deal with. Rent increases, CAM charge increases, no maintenance done to the building or grounds yet they always seem to find a way to try and squeeze another nickel from their renters. I had rented for 6 years with no issues from my previous landlord and then Live Oak took over and they've been nickel and dimeing us ever since. If anything at all goes wrong with your rental space, be prepared to pay out of your own pocket. They are responsible for absolutely nothing such as HVAC, windows, doors, garage doors, etc. If you're thinking of renting from them, I would highly recommend against it.

I have nothing but great things to say about Live Oak. Being in the facility management industry, I've seen many commercial properties in my time, and I have to say - Live Oak's properties are some of the nicest and versatile facilities I've ran across. They have a friendly, professional management team that has your businesses goals in mind and work day in and day out to satisfy their clients, tenants, and all stakeholders they work with. Highly recommend Live Oak- 5 stars!

A company's reputation is impacted in every interaction, even with people who are not clients or customers. A man in this company's white pick-up with the logo on the door just tailgated me recklessly on Hwy 71 near his office during rainfall even though I was driving the speed limit. He drove very aggressively the entire time I could see him until he turned into his office park. If his attitude is indicative of the atmosphere and attitude of this company, I would steer far clear from these folks.
