Livano Nature Coast

Vianka showed me around yesterday. She is fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the property. Made me feel very welcome. I will be strongly considering this complex because of her ability to promote the place! It is a relatively new build and is very clean and amenities are very nice. Local to what you would need. Rental apartments that don’t seem to be a golf cart type community though. That is my only negative for me. I am 65, soon to be divorced and most of others I met seem to be younger than me including quite a few teenagers that were very nice and respectful. Seems really nice there and still a strong contender after I sell my current in Spring Hill in a 55+ community.

This is the worst experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex, this is not luxury. The management is so lazy and doesn’t do anything but sit in the office. Every request I’ve made has been completely ignored, not to mention they all act very stuck up and rude whenever you need something from them. I would not recommend anyone move here unless you want endless problems. I’d give them -5 stars if I could Update: these people will try to steal money from you every chance they get. This place is a joke. Laura is the worst employee I have ever had to deal with in my entire life.

We have lived here for about 6 months. Property was very nice in a not so nice zip code. It has attracted a large amount of outsiders that congregate in the evenings. Dirt bikes ripping through the courtyard and on the sidewalks just a few feet from people's doors. 4 of them so far and counting. They park them under the main Pavillion to charge and run laps with no regard. Cannabis and foul language fills the common areas. One of the community centers had it's hours reduced to weekdays only during normal office hours so us people with jobs can't use the center lol. Now the clubhouse is on lockdown from unaccompanied minors due to vandalism. Not a family oriented environment like it could be. They recently lowered the rent price substantially, wonder why...

As I prepare to end my time at Livano, I would like to reflect on my experience as a tenant here. I for sure would stay longer, but I knew this would be my temporary home. I only have good things to say about my year spent here. I enjoyed the pool, the barista (my favorite) and all the special events that were happening here. From the day I moved in I felt welcome and at home. Whenever I walked in the front lobby I was always greeted with a smile and never felt like an inconvenience. My go to person was Kristin :) There was never a time that I approached her with a question, concern, or just a time to chat that she did not give me her total undivided attention. She handled all my concerns in a professional manner. I will miss her.

I have family that live here.It's a beautiful property... The pool is great in the amenities are amazing. Kristen does a great job there, always friendly!!! Every time we visit, we feel like we're at a resort.
