Livana East Hanover

I am obsessed with Taylor. She showed us around when we were first interested in Livana, and she continues to be the main point of contact and resolution. She is always so kind and sweet, and so good at her job. I can always reach her and she has assisted us with everything (lease submission, utilities, maintenance, packages, parking, etc.). I am also very grateful to Julissa, who is very efficient and one of the main reasons we extended our lease. One of the reasons we chose Livana is for the flexible leasing options. The grounds are well kept and the clubhouse is a lot of fun. Love the ping-pong and games collection. The pool is also a great amenity in the summer. I know some other residents have had issues, but we have been very fortunate because all of our concerns have been resolved

What can I say, The property is beautiful. I moved in last week. Rafael showed me the apartment and the appliances. Julissa the property manager and her team top notch. Last night my wife and I enjoyed a out door movie at the courtyard. So peaceful. The Staff, Awesome, friendly, and if you need something the maintenance staff is there to help. We made the right choice. Highly recommend.

Living here has been one of the most stressful and worse experiences I’ve ever had. The constant noise coming from the refuse room and above unit especially the excessive banging from upstairs has made it almost impossible to get any peace or proper sleep. Despite repeated complaints and even physical damage caused by the ongoing disturbances, management has failed to take any real action. What’s even worse is the nasty attitude of management. They often dismiss concerns, take weeks/days to respond to emails or calls, and act as if tenants are exaggerating the situation. It’s extremely unprofessional and concerning that they allow residents to live under these conditions. I would not recommend this building to anyone until serious changes are made, starting with proper soundproofing, safet

This is what you call an upscaled luxury! You feel as if you’re on vacation with all the amazing amenities. Coming all the way from New York and didn’t ever expect to find a place like this. The staff is amazing and upon presentation Jah-nei showed me the apartment and I fell in love! The pool and grills for the summer! The gym at all hours, the movie room to hang out and the community center for all my future events! I have been here almost a month already the maintenance guys are great! Rafael and Pedro are always available when needed. This is place is just beyond!

My wife and I have been living here since July and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From day one, everyone in the office has been so welcoming, kind, and easy to talk to. The maintenance team is just as great whenever we need something fixed, it’s taken care of right away, usually the same day. It feels good to live somewhere that’s not just a building, but a community where the staff truly care. We really love calling this place home.
