Lennar has 1 star and a 1.2 customer review rating on the Better Business Bureau for a reason. Please read all the complaints here and there before making a decision to buy from them. This builder has no respect for the business relationship that you foster with them during the time you are planning to purchase your home. We first visited in February 2025 and worked with Sam. Within a month we decided we were definitely interested. Since it wasn’t released yet he said we were the first ‘on the list’ for when it’s available. Pssst….there is no ‘list’. Read the other review from someone who was never notified of the one he wanted being released and being told by Christine ‘oh I don’t know how you got off the list’ (I know how….bc there isn’t one). I was going to purchase a Monterey unit through Christine back in 2023. I was told I would be put on the list and that I would be next. Months go by no call from Christine, so I decide to call her back and ask if there any units were released. She replied over the phone, "oh I already sold a few units. I don't know how you got taken off the list. The next batch is coming out soon, but the price will be $100k more." I decided to contact Sam instead, who verbally gave me prices lower than what Christine said over the phone, so I decided to follow up with him over the next two months. We worked with Sam at this community. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and works on a high level of professionalism. I would recommend Lennar home builders to anyone that is considering to buy new construction.

Realtors careful. I was told on phone that they are offering co-brokerage and helped me setup an appointment also for me and my clients. When visited there in person with the clients, the sales consultant informs me that now they don't co-brokerage. Seriously. This is unethical and a gimmick. So careful Realtors if introducing your clients.
