I'm a resident here and let me tell you, DON'T MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY REALLY HAVE TOO "The Office is closed mostly all the time, and Maintenance don't want to fix nothing"(been here 5yrs) believe me.! Ps: The sink keep clogging up, dishwasher, frigerator won't be replaced. There's a hole in the wall to where smell of cigarettes 🤢🚭

I've lived here for 5+ years. The management companies have changed multiply times. Yet nothing has gotten any better. Many of the buildings have mold and pest infestations. Not to mention some of the pipes are so old the apartments regularly flood. When I'm able to move I won't be back.

Need to tare it down and rebuild some new ones. Better security, seems like no one cares about what's going on over there. Unsafe and unclean, shame on whoever runs it and use to own it. I heard Inlivian housing authority bought it, hope and pray they do right by the people over there. It's election time, so they want the people's vote, but don't want help and fight for the people for change and a better place to live. Make it make sense

Water was coming from behind my washer and dryer was mold back there and cause me health problems, they fix that issue. Earlier this year water was pouring in the ceiling from the kitchen and flooded my apartment out had to go to a hotel, fixed that problem. I have been having water coming from my ceiling in the bathroom for a long time now. Instead of fixing the plumbing issue they wait till mold starts to come through the wall then they come cut the wall out patch it back up but it still would leak from the vent. 5-6 times now. This time it's pouring water we keep having to put buckets under this big hole in my ceiling. Black mold, rodents and everything in that hole. I patched it with trash bags and card board but now the water is sitting in the ceiling about to make the floor board cav

I’m working on moving from this place. The people in the office don’t care about the residence and their health. The office is suppose to be open Mon-Fri., so tell me why they close early 2pm on Tuesday and closed on Wednesday? You have to constantly call HUD on them so they can do their job. People are going 6 months without stoves, their are mildew behind the shower walls, and the vents have so much dirt and they won’t try to have someone to clean the vents out. Told them my fridge were going out and I had to throw away all my food because of them and had to buy food on the daily. Honestly, not worth living in this place. Idc what people are saying on here. Please don’t live here with your children.
