I've had such a great experience working with the leasing office manager Sarah Mendel. She has been professional, responsive, and helpful. Any questions or concerns I've had she addressed in a timely manner. It's reassuring to know that there's someone in the leasing office who follows through and treats people with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate the level of service and support.

Juan provided excellent customer service for me on 2/19/26. What should have been a quick and minor repair on my toilet turned out to be quite an ordeal due to the age of the fixture. He made multiple trips to get supplies and worked through every problem that came up with patience and professionalism. He is always polite and friendly and you can tell he really cares about doing the job thoroughly and correctly. I never have concerns about the quality of the work when he is assigned to the work order.

Juan (maintenance team member) installed a new dishwasher in my apartment. It wasn’t an easy job since the pipes were old and weren’t fitting the connections to the new appliance. Juan was persistent in getting the job done and even stayed past his normal quitting time. I appreciate that he is always hard working and truly cares about the residents needs.

If you ever have any maintenance problems with your apartment here, juan is the man to go to! He fixed every one of our problems in one day. He's very swift and thorough with his work. And he is great to get along with.
