I highly recommend avoiding this place. I came all the way from NJ as a single mom with a toddler, only to find the apartment I reserved a few months in advanced was completely trashed. Garbage and personal belongings everywhere, including bugs and an intense nasty lingering smells of cigarettes. This is completely unacceptable and disheartening. I will say, Saree was very understanding and empathetic. She did everything she could to try and make things right. I’m appalled something like this could happen.

I have lived here for two years. Like every complex, there are positives and negatives. I’ll say that currently, I think the management we have right now (I think we’ve had 3 managers and countless front desk people since I moved in) is the best we’ve had. Natalie goes above and beyond and actually cares, is on top of things, is friendly and kind, and really helpful. She’s helped me with a few things over the last couple of months and has always gone above and beyond and is great with communicating. She deserves a raise from highmark full stop. Prior to her being in the office I could never get in touch with anyone, would be left waiting outside the office for 10-20min to talk to anyone, and treated like no one cared in the slightest. I genuinely disliked management until she came around.

Maurice is an awesome maintenance worker he gets the job done every time. He is a blessing to this community.

Apartment complex is 50/50. Office is friendly and helpful just like the maintenance team. The apartment residents lack community, consideration, and common sense. The office has sent out multiple emails about charging people if their valet trash is not put out correctly. Residents are still not following simple instructions. People walk their dogs off leash and don’t pickup their dog’s poop. The apartment complex has decided to add security 24 7 recently which is great but also a red flag. If the complex is that concerned about the grounds being safe they should have cameras on the property. I will not be resigning my lease here based on the community not being respectful to the leasing office and maintenance team rules and regulations that are the bare minimum of any apartment complex.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. My mother moved in this past December, and it's been one issue after another. The heat has gone out multiple times during the winter, and now it’s May and the A/C is broken. Her apartment is currently 90 degrees. She has a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, but the complex only provided one portable A/C unit — and it’s in just one bedroom. However, she PAYS for two bedrooms. We were told a contractor won’t even look at it until Monday, and there's no guarantee it’ll be fixed then. Meanwhile, it’s sweltering. When I spoke to the community director, Natalie, she was completely unhelpful — reading from what sounded like a corporate script.
