2.5 rounded up. We were underwhelmed and disappointed with our experience buying our first home through Lisa. We did not feel prioritized, often getting last minute/middle of the night emails and having to follow up to get updates on various steps throughout the process. I suppose since we found the house and made it clear we wanted to end up purchasing it no matter what, she did not have to put in the extra effort in to close out the purchase.

These days it seems like Realtors are a dime a dozen. What separates one from the other is the competence, the professionalism, the care and ability to LISTEN as well as guide the buyer, or seller. Lisa specializes in just that, she embodies all of these facets and more. She has community knowledge, compassion, human component of understanding, and supreme market intelligence. In the past I've worked with other realtors, who were nice, but always seem to change and get pushy the closer it gets to finalizing a deal.
