I can't recommend Brad enough. Very knowledgeable and extremely hardworking guy, and I genuinely believe he puts his client's interests before his own. He helped me through the entire home buying process and was very patient with me, despite all my questions. Managed to get me from start to finish on a short notice during a rough housing market. Overall just a great experience, and you should definitely consider using him if you're buying/selling in the area.

We purchased a home from 2500 miles away and Brad was the right choice when it comes to a realtor for a long distance transaction. Brad was easily accessible and very willing to view homes for us in a timely manner to insure that we wouldn't miss out on an opportunity. His knowledge of the local area, and his previous experiences in buying and selling homes really helped us to best understand the Roanoke market. When we made an offer on our new home, Brad went above and beyond to prepare all the necessary documents in a timely manner (working late into the night to ensure we got a competitive offer in, when we knew there were already others submitted.) I would highly recommend working with Brad.

I cannot say enough good things about Brad!!! He was very attentive to anything that we wanted. He returned our inquires very quickly, often within minutes of the text that we sent or phone message that we left. He found appropriate homes for us to look at and arranged an in-house tour of those we selected. He represented each home fairly. He shared with us his observations as we toured the home. I don't know what his magic is, but he secured our offer to buy even though there was a higher bid. Thank you, Brad!

Brad was my agent when I purchased a home in Roanoke, VA, and because I was so impressed with his expertise and negotiation skills, I opted to have Brad sell my house when the time came. I was very impressed with the photography that his office provided, how he addressed all of my concerns of selling a house while covid was an issue, but mostly I was so pleased he sold my house in three days! I strongly recommend Brad.

Brad was quick to assist us when another realtor fell through, and he went out of his way on several occasions to make sure things went smoothly once we found the right house. Very friendly, knowledgeable on what to look out for in terms of red flags or potential repairs, and was excellent at communicating at all hours of the day! Highly recommended.
