Pretty great landlord. They definitely appeared to do what was needed to keep the property nice. The only real downside is no online bill payment. I would definitely rent from them again if they'd have me. II would be happy with the same unit. Unfortunately, when I left, I couldn't remove all big items like sofa and matress in time, so I'm sure they look down on me for that. I would definitely say at the time for the money it was a good experience I would recommend.

I have rented a few places in my life and have never received prompt and professional service like I have from the Lipparellis. I had an electrical issue at my place and Krista was immediately on things. Got everything resolved immediately. I am very grateful. All the employees I have dealt with their have been very gracious.

Krista, was so helpful, efficient, I now have a really cute apartment, just what I wanted. The staff are really helpful, nice. I definitely recommend this company!!
